Once the sale has been agreed you will be required to pay a deposit of 5% within 7 days to cover initial administration and legal fees. The deposit is non-refundable. Preferred method of payment either bankers draft or business/personal cheque. The remaining 95% to be paid within 28 days of the agreed sale. If you are unable to make the remaining payment within the 28 days your deposit may be forfeit and the sale cancelled.
